Sutton most recently appeared on Broadway in Shrek the Musical, as Princess Fiona. She won the 2002 Tony Award for Best Leading Actress in Musical for Thoroughly Modern Millie. She went on to star in Little Women, The Drowsy Chaperone, and Young Frankenstein.
